I finally finished the scarf. This is knitted from a recycled sweater and Lion Brand Homespun. I’ve been working on it off and on for about 3 months now. I’ve frogged it four times. The last time and pattern stuck! Hooray.
Grandma’s Knitted Scarf
This is my first knitted hat. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Too small for my mother-in-law, who it was supposed to be for. My next knitted hat won’t stitch up the back!
From the SnB Nation book.
This is my favorite new photo of Bailey. She’s actually smiling and looks happy!

We had lots of snow today. Don’t know the final total, but it was 2-3 inches at least! The kids were home from school and driving me crazy until they got to go play outside!
This is a picture out the back door toward the kids shoveling snow. That’s our detached two-car garage, the patio and a tad of the backyard.
More snow in Kirkwood!
It snowed last night. The kids wanted to get up and shovel the driveway with the snow shovels they got for Christmas from Nana and BopBop. They weren’t too thrilled that they had to go to school today. They don’t understand yet that schools in Missouri don’t close for just an inch of snow.
