After finishing my lunch, I decided that I would do the following:
1. I will drink lots and lots of water.
2. I will NOT eat any cookies today.
Oops… already broke #2. Homemade peanut butter cookies were breakfast this morning.
REVISED Nutritional Goals of the day:
1. I will drink lots and lots of water.
2. I will NOT eat any MORE cookies today.
Exercise. I hate to exercise. I know I feel better when I do it, but I just can’t make myself get active. I don’t like to play sports and I have bad ankles, so I’m really rather limited. If I can read a book while I do it, I’ve got half a chance of doing it for a while at least.
At my “good old days” job, we had a gym in the building. For a while, I was really good and went downstairs and did 20 minutes on the bike while reading a book.
I need to do the paperwork to get into the one here. But I just have so little time anymore, that I had to waste any of it being uncomfortable!
