A Busy Friday and Saturday
Friday night we went to the kids’ school to check out their science fair projects. Jesse’s project was about the stages of tadpole development. Unfortunately, all the tadpoles died to they got a frog that still had a bit of a tail. Jay

Ice day from school
We were supposed to get 1-3 inches of snow overnight, looked out this window this morning and saw nothing. There’s a little bit of white stuff on the driveway, but that’s about it.

Down on the farm after Christmas
We spent some of the week after Christmas in Alapaha, GA on the farm. The kids were really, really glad to see Granny and Papa and really enjoyed being outside.
Roundup of the last week…
No knitting or crocheting was done on any of our trips. I attempted to start Jay’s Monster, but my needle broke. I cast on the Moss Hat, but no go… it was way too small after 2 rounds. Oh well…
Last week Nana came to visit and was here through Xmas. The kids and I were really excited about it.

Things that make me happy….
My new hair! (I finally got a REAL haircut this week for the first time since moving…) Spending a nice couple of hours Christmas shopping with my husband for the kids. AND figuring out what we’re going to buy. Pepperoni pizza Chebe (gluten-free and yummy!)
